Customer price information

We are committed to being the best in class, for customer service and value for money.

We promise to be open and transparent with all our pricing and guarantee that there will be no hidden extras. We charge one single price per item and our total service is built into that price. We have one low minimum charge that is the same for all customers in all the areas we choose to provide a service in. We will be happy to provide written details of all our charges so you know up front what the cost will be. We do offer some additional services that carry an extra per item cost. The price we quote per item includes all the following:

• Delivery and collection
• Protective packaging
• Fit for purpose laundry bag
• Each customers laundry is washed, dried & ironed individually
• Your selection of detergents or softener
• Stain removal
• Hand finished premium shirt service
• Hangers
• 24 hr service on request
• Insurance cover
 

At your request we will be happy to fold garments at no extra charge, (business shirts not included). All linen and bedding is returned folded.

On return of goods we will require payment. This can be a card payment, cash or cheque (made payable to LOOKSMART Ltd). Please note our drivers are unable to take card payment but we are able to process card payments over the phone or in person at our premises.

Minimum charge for a delivery service is £15.00

Prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
