Service Options

We are able to offer two very distinctive services for our domestic clients:

Premium service

This is the ultimate in customer service, taking the strain for you and freeing up your time to do what you like to do. Priority will always be given to our premium customers. The prices shown for each garment includes all the below.

How does it work and what do you get:

• Free delivery and collection from home, office or work place*
• All garments are hand finished and quality checked.
• Premium Shirt service, with free starching on request
• Each customers laundry is washed, dried and ironed individually
• Customers specified detergent / softener will be used
• Guaranteed 48 hr turnaround
• Free, fit for purpose Laundry bag to use.
• Regular or ad-hoc collections can be arranged as required
• All Garments hung or folded as required**
• Protective packaging***
• All garments are fully insured in transit
• Hangers supplied

*minimum charge of £20.00 for delivery and collection service

The ‘Drop in’ value service

The ‘drop in’ service is designed to still deliver a great finish but without all the add ons from our premium service.

This service requires the customer to drop in and pick up from our premises in Lumen Road, Royston. We will always endeavour to meet a 48 hr turnaround.  All garments will be covered in protective packaging.

Any requests for extras such as starching, folding, delivery / collection, laundry, business shirt folding, bags, etc. will carry an additional charge. Please see our price list.
